Fixes and enhancements

GDS Bookings and guest names:
- Guest names and credit cards were not appearing in Aurelian if the booking was made through GDS. This was due to a change in format from GDS bookings.
- An update to support this was installed on Sunday 23rd (STAAH channel) and on Tuesday 25th (SiteMinder channel)
- This update was applied to the processing in the cloud and was effective from those dates.

Requests via Expedia
- Requests received from Expedia were in an unexpected, non-standard location and so they were being missed on reservations in Aurelian.
- Modifications have been made to support both standard and Expedia comments
- This was implemented in the cloud effective 27 February.

On-line credit cards not supplied.
- On rare occasions credit cards are not included in the download from the channel manager. ie they are not sent to Aurelian with a booking.
- This caused concern for some of our customers and the support team had to spend time investigating the logs to confirm the card wasn't received.
- A change has been implemented to record "Card not supplied" in the card holder's name to make it clear the card was not sent with the reservation.
- This change was implemented in the cloud and effective from 26 February
