Enhancements to Groups
We have carried out a big overhaul of groups and have added new functions behind the scenes to enhance the reliability:
- If a group is open or a master invoice is open while the group is being edited on another PC, a message will prompt displaying that the reservation or group has been updated from another PC. The reservation or group invoice will automatically be updated on PCs where it is open.
- Support for more than one PC editing group reservations at the same time has been enhanced to ensure both have the up-to-date reeservation details.

Additional checks for guest details
We have added enhanced checking of guest details when a reservation is opened. If the guest details aren’t immediately available these will be obtained from the cloud and the reservation updated with the details.
