Aurelian+ channel manager users now have the option of fully integrating Aurelian+ into Aurelian PMS.  The benefits are:

• Common rates

Only one set of rates to maintain, which are used for both online bookings and direct manual bookings.  

• Works with Dymanic Pricing systems

Rates set by dynamic pricing systems such as Room Price Genie now apply to direct booking rates as well as online rates.  Changes made to rates by dynamic pricing systems are immediately available for direct bookings.

• Daily room rates

Rates are now applied per night instead of per reservation.  Eg, if you have special weekend rates for Friday and Saturday a reservation starting on Wednesday would use weekday rates for the first two nights, weekend rates for Friday and Saturday, and weekday rates again for the following days.

• Convenient, easier

Manage your online presence right from the Reservation Calendar.  Click on the Rooms & Rates button to pop-up a window to manage functions such as min stay, rates, close to arrival etc.   This window can also remain open while you manage reservations in the reservation calendar.

To implement this, please ensure your online rates are correct, then connect to our support team to switch this feature on.
