Aurelian is a cloud-based property management system that combines secure cloud processing with a high-performance Windows application installed on each computer.
Processing, synchronisation and data storage are handled securely in the cloud, while the Windows application provides the speed and responsiveness of installed software and maintains a small, secure local cache.
If your internet connection is temporarily interrupted, you can continue essential front desk tasks, including checking guests in and out, using securely cached information. Once connectivity is restored, Aurelian automatically synchronises everything back to the cloud.
Your data is securely replicated in real time across three geographically separate data centres, helping protect your business and maximise service availability.

If one guest changes their plans, update their individual reservation. If the entire group changes, Aurelian can update every reservation in the group and automatically adjust the Reservation Calendar.

Instant invoicing
Your invoice is ready before your guest is.
Aurelian automatically creates a live invoice as soon as a reservation is made.
Accommodation charges are posted automatically throughout the guest's stay, while breakfasts, extra guests, rollaway beds, transfers and other services can be added as they're provided—or automatically applied as part of a customised package. As charges and services are added, the live invoice updates with them.
There's no waiting until check-out. You can take payment before arrival or on arrival, invoice companies in advance, or settle accounts for guests leaving before reception opens. By check-out, there's no invoice to recreate—simply review it, make any required changes, split charges, resend the invoice or finalise payment.

Every property offers something different. Create as many packages as you need by combining accommodation, breakfasts, airport transfers, conference facilities, wedding extras, late check-outs, tours—or any combination of charges, services and tasks that suits your business.
Each part of the package already knows where it belongs. Apply a package to a reservation and Aurelian automatically posts the included charges to the guest's live invoice, housekeeping schedules, catering reports and other operational lists according to the rules you've defined. There's no need to enter each included charge, service or task separately.

Room access control

Virtual rooms
VIRTUAL ROOMS GUIDEMultiple rooms. Multiple selling combinations.
Virtual Rooms let you combine physical rooms, apartments, beds or bunks into different bookable configurations. Sell them individually or together, while Aurelian automatically manages the relationship between each combination.
If any part of a Virtual Room is booked individually, Aurelian makes the combined option unavailable. If the Virtual Room is booked, its individual rooms, beds or bunks become unavailable for separate bookings.
A bunk room, for example, can be sold as individual bunks or as one complete room. Once a single bunk is booked, the whole-room option becomes unavailable; if the whole room is booked, all of its individual bunks are blocked.
Availability changes are also passed through the channel manager to connected online booking channels, preventing unavailable combinations from being sold online.

Track outstanding balances, view ageing reports, generate debtor statements, add notes and manage overdue accounts from within Aurelian.
When a guest, company or agent pays several outstanding invoices in one payment, Bulk Payments can apply the amount across those invoices automatically. As each invoice is fully paid, Aurelian can also automaticlly update the associated reservation state according to the workflow you've configured.
Payments can also be passed to Xero through Aurelian's optional Xero integration.
Exporting
Your information isn't locked inside Aurelian.
Export reports and data whenever you need them for further analysis, sharing, presentation or record keeping. Aurelian supports a wide range of export formats, so you can choose the format that suits what you're doing:
