Aurelian's free mobile apps keep owners, managers and housekeepers connected to the day-to-day operation of your property when you're away from reception. Use the Reservation app to manage bookings, guests and front-desk tasks from your phone, while keeping track of housekeeping wherever you are.
Housekeepers can update room progress through the Housekeeping app, while managers can send cleaning, linen, extras and other room instructions from the Reservations app. Changes are automatically shared through Aurelian, keeping everyone working with current information. Both apps are available for iOS and Android.
The Reservation app saves us so much time and effort - we can check guests in while on-the-go. It's exactly what we need !
Reservation app
The Reservation app puts essential front-desk functions on your phone or tablet when you're away from reception. Take, update or cancel reservations, manage guest arrivals and departures, check availability and rates, search guest records and keep track of what's happening at your property.
The Housekeeping app is built into the Reservation app, so managers can monitor room progress and communicate cleaning, linen, extras and other instructions to their housekeeping team wherever they are.

I've used the app quite a few times while I've been out and about and it was a lifesaver during the recent storm when we had a power and cell tower outage for hours. We were able to keep operating throughout.
Housekeeping app
The Housekeeping app gives housekeepers the information they need on their phone or tablet. They can see which rooms need attention, view cleaning, linen, extras and other instructions, and update room progress as they work.
Updates are sent through Aurelian, so managers can monitor housekeeping progress and send new instructions from the Reservation app wherever they are.

Our housekeepers are using the app and are really enjoying it. They were a little hesitant at first, mainly because it’s technology, but they’re on their phones all the time when they’re not at work !
We’ve set up inexpensive phones on holders attached to their housekeeping trolleys and it’s working really well.
