Seguro Door Access System integration
We are pleased to announce Aurelian now interfaces with the Seguro room access system. This provides:
- Aurelian automatically updates Seguro on pending arrivals and cancellations and room moves.
- Seguro automatically emails the guest with a room access code and QR code before their arrival
- Guests can unlock their room with the code or scanning the QR code on their mobile.
- Unlocking the room for the first time for a guest automatically checks in the guest on Aurelian.
This system is fully automated enabling guests to arrive and go directly to their room.

New sorting option for group documents
When printing or emailing group confirmations you can now select to arrange the document by Room Number or by Arrival Date. In the pop-up window that displays the different documents to select from, in the bottom left of this window you’ll see “Group Invoice Sort By” label with a selection beside it.

Reporting: Invoice Lists
The Invoice List report has been updated to provide selecting the order of the report – by Arrival Date or Departure Date.
The Invoice List and Invoice List by Company have been updated to include the year on the invoice date column.

Reporting: Occupancy per month report
The Occupancy per month report now has an option to display or hide the Average Rate column.

Reporting: Monthly Financial Analysis
For those who like bright colours, the Monthly Financial Analysis now has an option to display the chart in bold, bight colours.
Your accountant may love this.

Right click issue on the Reservation Calendar
The Aurelian PC app could close when a user right clicks on a reservation in the Reservation Calendar when using a branch (property) other than the main property. .
This didn't impact single properties, only multiple properties.

Transaction posting dates corrected
The previous update would default transaction posting dates on an invoice to the reservation’s arrival date. This has been corrected and now uses the current date.

Property Logo sizes
Where a site has multiple properties, adjusting the size of a property’s logo in System Settings would also adjust the size of logo’s in other branches (properties). This has been corrected so each branch maintains its own logo size.

Extended Fields formatting
The Extended Fields feature in Set Up would limit the scrolling if there were a large number of extended fields configured.
This has been corrected.

Reporting: Debtors Summary and $0.00 balances
When multiple accounts per reservation are involved, if an account has a zero balance then it should be excluded from the debtors report, even if the main account has a balance.
This has been implemented.

Reporting: Daily Performance report
If accommodation transactions were posted at 00:00 hours each day (they shouldn’t be) then the Daily Performance report could miss the first day from the report.
This has been corrected to ensure the starting state is always included.

Reporting: Daily Performance and Reservation Analysis
These two reports could give slightly different results as one would report on the standard transaction rates, while the other reported on customised transaction rates.
Both reports now report on the custom transaction rate.

Scheduled Housekeeping update
At some properties the Scheduled Housekeeping toggle rooms to switch rooms to require cleaning would not activate after running successfully for some time.
This has been corrected in the cloud.
