This service has been completely redesigned and rebuilt after a failure of this critical component at AWS so that synching of data between PCs and channel managers to PCs is now operational.  

Please note you may still need to contact our support team if your workstations & laptops are out of sync prior to the updating of the software.

We appreciate that it's been a very stressful time and we thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to redesign and rebuild this service.
