 Adding transactions to span datesWhen you add a transaction to a reservation you can now specify the number of times (days) this will be repeated. EG, Repeat 4 means the transaction will be added once per day for the following 4 days, giving 5 transactions in total. This is useful for say adding breakfasts for a number of days, or adding other additional daily charges or services that are not included in a package. (Note: Consider using Packages if you wish to automate posting of additional daily transactions for each day of a stay.) Released 31 October

 New Bill-To selection in Back OfficeThe Bill-To field in a reservation allows you to specify who the bill is going to – Agent, Company, or Guest. Now we’ve implemented full support for this in the Back Office options: Invoice List, Outstanding Invoices, and Debtor List Select from the Bill To column header or from the selection near the top right of the screen. Immediately all invoices will be filtered by the selection. Released 31 October

 New Extended Field type - DecimalExtended Fields new has a new field type: Decimal. This allows entry of numbers including decimal places for those who require this type of data on reservations or guest records. This is in addition to the - Number field type (whole numbers only) and
- Currency field type (decimals prefixed with a currency symbol)
- plus the other field types.

 Additional details recorded in the Audit Log.The reservation Audit Log (viewed from the Reservation’s History tab) now contains additional information including invoice total charges, credits and balance, plus more detailed record of changes to accommodation transactions. Released 31 October.

 Transaction References and Descriptions are maintained during a moveEach time a reservation is moved or the dates or number of nights change, the package is re-applied to the invoice to ensure accommodation and other package settings are correctly applied to the new dates. However, reapplying the package would refresh any customisation of transactions that came from the package. With this update, changing dates, nights and rooms will retain any customisation of transaction Descriptions and Reference fields. Released 10 October,

 Listing Hidden and Exclude From Stats roomsIn Setup – Rooms we have added columns to display if the room is hidden from the Reservation Calendar, and if the room is excluded from statistics. You can also filter using these new columns, making it much easier to identify these settings for a list of rooms. Released 7 October

 Reservations Received dashboardThe dashboard on the home page that displayed the number of reservations received today and yesterday could include additional reservations in Yesterday’s figures. This has been corrected. Released 31 October.

 Default number of accounts.For customers wanting to automatically create additional accounts per reservation, there is a Default setting in System Settings to set this number of accounts automatically. This had stopped working, and has now been corrected to work on any new reservations. Released 31 October.

 Property Logo SizeThe property logo that appears on the home page can be re-sized from the Supervisor – Property option. Previously the size was applied to all logo’s in a multi-property system. Now the logo size can be uniquely set per property. Released 31 October.

 Duplicated online bookingsChanges to online bookings wouldn’t update the original reservation even though it had been found by the processor. While rare, it could happen and has now been rectified. Released in the cloud, 27 October

 Card Surcharge reportingIf a card is configured to add a surcharge, and when posted to a reservation and the surcharge is not applied (ie excluded from automatically adding the surcharge), reports would indicate that a surcharge had been applied. This has been corrected. If a surcharge has been added to a payment on an invoice but the payment description is blank, reports that used these fields would close Aurelian when attempting to run the report. This has been corrected. Released 7 October.

 Changing companies from a reservationWhen a company has been assigned to a reservation previously, and a new company is selected from the Company button in the reservation, the reservation may close unexpectedly. This has been corrected. Released 7 October

 Print & emailing documents immediately after editingWhen dragging and dropping a reservation, or stretching/shrinking a reservation in the Reservation Calendar, the new reservation balance may not be updated if you immediately right click and print/email an invoice or a document containing the balance. This has been corrected to ensure balances are immediately available for print/emailing. Released 7 October

 Tighter audit Logging & SynchronisationGroup bookings were found not correctly display updates for all rooms when changes were made to a group booking from other PCs or in the cloud. Changes were made to synchronisation processes to ensure changes to group bookings would update on all devices. Released 7 October
