New Cancellation AnalysisList Item 1
In response to the impact of Covid-19 and the subsequent cancellations, we have designed a report to analyse the cancellations by day per month affected.
- This report includes charts of sources of cancellations,
- A table provides a daily analysis of cancellations and the months effected.
- The details section lists all cancellations and relevant information, organised by days.
- Released 25 March.

New Monthly Financial ComparisonList Item 2
Government requirements during Covid-19 prompted the design of a report to compare month-by-month/year-by-year income.
- Select a starting date back any number of years to compare years/months.
- This is found in Back Office > Property reports.

New Xero Interface
The interface to Xero has been completly re-written to make it far easier to setup and more reliable when posting to Xero.

Reservations Received dashboard
- This update introduces an internal change to tracking cancellation dates.
- While most uses of this are internal or in reports, the Reservations Received dashboard is able to use this to display the count of cancelled reservations for the day.
- (Previously this was only able to display reservations that had been made and then cancelled on that day).
- Implemented 26 March.

New button to copy credit cards
Credit cards received from on-line bookings can now be copied to the guest. This allows you to store a card that was used in an on-line booking again for the guest so it will appear every time the guest has a booking. Released 4 March.
To use this:
Click Update Card Details for the Booking credit card
Click Copy to Guest and the card will be copied to the guest.

Daily Payment Reconciliation report
- Some users record cancellations where they take a cancellation payment from a guest as a Cancelled reservation instead of a Checked Out state.
- Cancelled reservations are usually excluded from income reports and so payments to cancelled reservations didn't appear in the Daily Payment Reconciliation report.
- This report has now be altered to include all payments regardless and allows you to select if you want to exclude any reservation state.

Occupancy ReportsList Item 1
- Occupancy reports could give slightly different results for the last month in a selected date range.
- This has now been corrected and the results are consistent regardless of the number of months selected.

Event CalendarList Item 2
- This could allow the arrival date to be changed to be after the departure date, so it never appeared in the Reservation Calendar.
- When a new calendar event was added this would be displayed twice on the event calendar though it was in only once.
- Both items have been addressed.

On-line reservation duplicating transactionsList Item 3
- If the dates of an on-line reservation were changed, the original accommodation transactions would remain and new accommodation transactions added for the new dates.
- This has been corrected and changing dates of an on-line reservation correctly applies the accommodation or package transactions.

Group Reservations and cancellationsList Item 4
- If a reservation was cancelled from a group, charges for this cancelled room could still appear in the invoice.
- Reported by various properies.

Group reservations with multiple room use
If a group reservation was created which was over a number of days and one of the rooms was used more than once in that group, only one of those reservations would appear in the group invoice.
For example :
- A group booking is created for a number of guests over a number of days.
- Room 5 is booked for the group on the 12th and again on the 15th.
- Only the transaction for the booking for the 15th would appear on the invoice.
