Aurelian+ channel manager now allows for room types to be grouped together online.

For example, you may have different room types in Aurelian PMS, but want them to be seen online as one room type.  The combined availability for the grouped room types will be displayed online.

An example could be:

PMS:

1 bedroom, kitchen – 5 rooms

1 bedroom, kitchenette – 7 rooms

Online:

1 bedroom – 12 rooms

New: Transaction reference field

When a transaction is added to an invoice, or when the transaction is edited on the invoice, there is now a new field, Reference.

This can be used to record any note or reference eg reason for a discount, invoice number from a chargeback – anything that you wish to annotate the transaction with.

The rules are:

1. Single reservations can have the transactions edited 
2. Reservations belonging to a group can have the transactions edited (eg group sub-accounts)
3. Group master accounts can have transactions that are posted onto the group master account edited (eg payment transactions)
4. Group master accounts cannot have transactions edited that belong to group sub-accounts. (these must be done on the reservation itself)
